1. What Pixie Dining does
Pixie Dining monitors publicly available Disney dining reservation availability and sends you alerts when a table matching your criteria becomes available. We do not book reservations on your behalf. You book directly through Disney.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.
3. Free and paid plans
The Free plan includes 1 active alert with no time limit. Paid plans (Monthly, Annual) provide unlimited alerts. Paid plans auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
4. Refunds
Annual plans include a 14-day full refund window. Monthly plans are non-refundable but cancel immediately. Contact hello@pixiedining.com for refund requests.
5. No guarantees
We cannot guarantee that a reservation will still be available by the time you act on an alert. Disney dining availability changes in real time. Pixie Dining is a monitoring tool, not a booking service.
6. Disney affiliation
Pixie Dining is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries. All restaurant and park names are trademarks of their respective owners.
7. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from your settings page. This permanently removes your data, alerts, and match history.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
