What we collect

We collect your email address, name (optional), and password hash when you create an account. If you enable SMS alerts, we store your phone number. We store your alert preferences and match history.

How we use it

Your data is used exclusively to operate the service: sending you alerts when reservations match your criteria, managing your account, and processing payments. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except payment processors (Stripe) and notification delivery services.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics that identify you personally.

Data storage

Your data is stored on servers in the EU (Hetzner, Germany). Passwords are hashed with Argon2. Sessions are stored server-side in PostgreSQL.

Your rights

You can export your data, correct your information, or delete your account at any time from your settings page. Account deletion permanently removes all your data.

Email communications

We send transactional emails (alert notifications, password resets, receipts). Marketing emails are opt-in only. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

Disney data

We monitor publicly available Disney dining reservation data. We do not access, store, or request your Disney account credentials.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
