How Pixie works

Set an alert. We watch.
You book in 14 seconds.

Pixie monitors every Disney dining slot 24/7. The moment one matches your alert, you get a push notification, and you book it directly with Disney before anyone else does.

The flow

The 3 things you do.

Step one

Pick a restaurant.

Search by name or browse all 200+ restaurants across Walt Disney World and Disneyland. Filter by park, meal type, or character dining. Add as many as you want.

Step two

Set your window.

Tell Pixie when you can dine. The wider your window, the more chances we'll find you a slot. Most users land their first table within 72 hours.

Step three

Get the alert. Book in seconds.

When a matching slot opens, you get pinged instantly. Tap the notification, and it deep-links to Disney's reservation page with your party pre-filled. You book in seconds, before everyone else even notices.

Behind the scenes

What happens while you sleep.

The boring infrastructure stuff. The reason your alert lands in 14 seconds instead of 14 minutes.

Always watching.

We check Disney's reservation system every few seconds, 24/7, across both parks. We never sleep so you can.

Always fast.

Average alert delivery: 14 seconds from the moment a slot opens to the moment your phone buzzes. Measured end-to-end.

Always accurate.

We use only public availability data, the same data the Disney app shows you. No tricks, no scraping logins.

The honesty section

Why this isn't sketchy.

If you've been burned by other dining tools, this is the part where we earn back your trust.

We never ask for your Disney password.
You log into Disney yourself, on Disney's site. We don't store, see, or touch your credentials. We can't even if we wanted to.
Pixie does not auto-book.
You stay in control of every reservation. We tell you when it's available, you book it. No bots clicking on your behalf.
We use only public availability data.
The same data Disney shows in their own app and website to anyone with a phone. We just check more often than you can.
No reseller markups. No fees from Disney.
You book direct with Disney at Disney's price. We charge for our alerts, not for the reservation. The reservation is yours, free.
Not affiliated with The Walt Disney Company.
We're a monitoring tool, like a flight-price tracker. Disney doesn't know us. We just love their restaurants as much as you do.

Process questions

Things people actually ask.

Median alert delivery is 14 seconds from the moment a slot opens. Most users who tap within 60 seconds successfully book. The tighter the restaurant, the faster you need to be - for Cinderella's at peak season, every second matters; for Le Cellier in November, you have minutes.
Push, email, and SMS fire in parallel. If you're asleep when the first one lands, the next slot triggers the next alert. Pixie keeps hunting until you book or pause the alert. We don't give up after one try.
Yes, on Monthly or Annual plans — unlimited active alerts. Free is one at a time. Most families on a single trip run 3-5 alerts to cover their must-have meals.
Not yet. Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort (Anaheim) only, for now. Paris is on the roadmap for late 2026. Tokyo's reservation system is private to the OLC app — we're not currently planning support.
Two windows. Release day at 5:45 AM ET is where the initial 60-day-out slots drop. Cancellations are random, but cluster between 9 PM and 11 PM ET as families finalize their plans for the next day.
Two reasons. One, Disney's reservation system asks you to log in — we don't take your password (see anti-scam section). Two, auto-booking would book whatever opens, including slots you don't actually want. You're the only one who knows if 5:30 PM works or if you'd rather wait for 7:15 PM.
Not currently. Walk-Up Lists are open at the restaurant only. Mobile Order is for quick-service spots that don't typically sell out. Pixie focuses on the table-service reservations that genuinely sell out.

That's the whole product.
Try it in 30 seconds.
